  • As a NRVIA Certified RV inspector, I am here to look out for your interests and will provide unbiased information to you. This will give you a greater peace of mind with what you are buying.

If you are buying from a dealer, they will tell you it comes with a warranty and they will fix any problems. Although this may be true, the usual wait time on a repair can be over a month. If you do an inspection prior to buying / signing on the dotted line, I can assure you if any problems come up that the dealer will fix the problem right away in order to help make the sale.

Unfortunately, new RVs do have many issues as the arrive from the factory. Unlike the automobile industry where most everything is assembled by a robot, the RV industry most everything is assembled by hand and this leads to much more chance of “human error”.

  • A 3rd party independent inspection by a Certified RV Inspector is a great way to build trust for the buyer and show you are confident in your product. It will also afford you top dollar. You can give buyers peace of mind about the sale, knowing an industry trained professional has gone over the entire RV & give the buyer a professional report of the inspection.

  • If you have ever bought a house and had a home inspection it is very much like that. You will be given a report of about 100 pages and 80 to 100 photos outlining all the points of inspections. It will not only show you positive things about your RV but also the deficiencies.

  • The actual inspection can take anywhere from 4-10 hours depending on the size and level of inspection. The report will usually follow within 24-48 hrs. The report is delivered electronically via email.

  • I will provided you with as much information about the RV through my report that can help you make an informed decision. Ultimately you will decide if the RV meets your wants and needs. The report is a great negotiating tool in making your purchase.

  • No. As a NRVIA Certified Inspector, our Code of Ethics will not allow us to repair any findings for 1 year. That’s a good thing, because you can be sure that we will never “find” a problem just so we can fix it! What I will do is tell you what issues I find that need attention, repairs or significant safety concerns as well as all other findings.
